Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions establish the rules governing the use of the Quick Response website and the company's pest, insect, rodent, disinfection, and sanitization services.

By using the website or requesting any of the company's services, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with the provisions applicable to the requested service or order.

Scope of Services

Quick Response provides specialized pest, insect, and rodent control solutions, in addition to disinfection and sanitization services, according to the nature of the site, type of infestation, and level of infestation.

The company's solutions include crawling and flying insect control, rodent control, termite control, disinfection and sanitization, as well as preventive and periodic programs according to the customer's needs.

Inspection and Assessment

Certain services may require a site inspection before determining the appropriate treatment method. The inspection may identify the type of pest, its source, areas of infestation, infestation level, and factors that may contribute to its continuation.

The company has the right to determine the appropriate treatment method based on the inspection results, site conditions, and safety requirements.

Quotations

The service price is determined based on the nature of the work, site area, type and level of infestation, number of visits, materials and equipment required, and other factors related to the scope of work.

The quotation approved by both parties constitutes the basis for determining the agreed scope of work and price. Additional work not included in the quotation will only be carried out after agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate information regarding the site and requested service and inform the company of any information that may affect the pest control, disinfection, or sanitization process.

The customer must also provide access to the areas requiring inspection or treatment and follow the instructions provided by the company's team before, during, and after the work is completed.

Safety Instructions

The customer must comply with all safety instructions provided by Quick Response, including instructions regarding evacuation of the premises or restrictions on entering treated areas for a specified period when required.

The customer must also follow any specific instructions concerning children, elderly persons, pets, food products, or equipment located at the site.

Pest Control Results

Quick Response strives to achieve the best possible results by using methods appropriate to the nature of the infestation. However, results may be affected by several factors, including the level of infestation, pest entry points, environmental conditions, availability of food and water sources, and failure to address the causes contributing to the infestation.

Advanced or recurring cases may require follow-up visits or additional treatment stages depending on the nature of the infestation and the agreed treatment plan.

Additional Visits

If it is determined that additional work is required beyond the original agreement, the customer will be informed of the required work and associated costs before such work is carried out, whenever reasonably possible.

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling of appointments in accordance with the company's procedures.

Certain cancellation or rescheduling requests may be subject to specific conditions if the request is made after a team, equipment, or materials have already been allocated to perform the work, depending on the nature of the service and the agreement between the parties.

Company Liability

The company undertakes to perform the agreed work professionally and with appropriate care based on the nature of the service, using suitable methods and materials within the agreed scope of work.

The company shall not be liable for negative results caused by factors beyond its control, the customer's failure to follow instructions, continued pest entry points, or the reintroduction of pests to the premises after treatment.

Updated terms become effective from the date of publication.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Payment Policy

This Payment Policy sets out the general rules governing payment for the pest control, disinfection, and sanitization services provided by Quick Response. It also explains how quotations, payments, invoices, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

Service Pricing

Service prices vary depending on the type of service requested, type and level of infestation, site area, nature of the establishment, number of visits, materials and equipment used, and the scope of work required.

The final price is determined according to the quotation or agreement approved by the company and the customer.

Quotation

A quotation may be provided based on the information supplied by the customer or following a site inspection. The quotation includes the agreed scope of work, price, and key implementation conditions.

Services or work not included in the quotation are not considered part of the agreed price unless approved by both parties.

Quotation Approval

Work begins after the customer approves the quotation or agreement and completes any required payment or other procedures, depending on the nature of the service.

Approval of the quotation constitutes the customer's acceptance of the scope of work, price, and terms stated therein.

Payment Methods

Customers may pay for services using the payment methods approved and made available by Quick Response.

The customer will be informed of the applicable payment method and amount due before or during the booking or contracting process, depending on the nature of the service and the agreement.

Advance Payment

Certain services or contracts may require an advance payment before work begins. The amount and conditions of such payment will be determined according to the nature of the service and the approved quotation or contract.

The advance payment will be deducted from the total service value in accordance with the terms stated in the quotation or agreement.

Payment of the Remaining Balance

If a balance remains after the advance payment, the due date and payment method will be specified in the quotation or agreement between the company and the customer.

The customer is responsible for paying all outstanding amounts by the specified deadlines to avoid delays or suspension of the service in accordance with the agreed terms.

Invoices and Receipts

The company issues invoices or payment documents according to the nature of the transaction and applicable requirements.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the invoice details and notifying the company of any error or discrepancy in the information or amounts as soon as possible.

Additional Services

If the work requires additional services, visits, or activities not included in the original agreement, the additional cost will be explained to the customer and approval will be obtained before the additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

The company is not obligated to perform additional work outside the original scope without the customer's approval.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a service in accordance with the company's procedures. However, eligibility for a refund depends on the stage of service implementation and whether the company has already allocated a team, equipment, or materials to fulfill the request.

If the service has already commenced, amounts relating to work that has already been performed may not be refundable.

Appointment Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule a visit subject to availability. Certain rescheduling requests may be subject to specific conditions depending on the timing of the request and the nature of the service.

The company will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative appointment without affecting its other operational commitments.

Refunds

Refund requests are processed according to the nature of the service, the agreement with the customer, and the work actually performed.

Where a refund is approved, the amount will be returned through the appropriate method based on the original payment method and the company's applicable financial procedures.

Contracts and Periodic Programs

For pest control contracts and periodic programs, the contract will specify the total value, payment schedule, number of visits, scope of work, and included services.

Any additional work outside the scope of the contract will be subject to a separate quotation or agreement unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Late Payment

If the customer fails to pay outstanding amounts by the specified deadlines, the company may suspend or postpone services associated with unpaid amounts until the outstanding balance is settled, in accordance with the contract terms and applicable laws.

Updates to the Payment Policy

Quick Response reserves the right to amend this Payment Policy to reflect developments in payment methods, services, financial procedures, or new regulatory requirements.

Any amendments become effective upon approval and publication of the updated policy.
